Bought an extending cleaning brush at the Motorhome Show at Peterborough earlier this year that developed a fault. Saw the same company at the Caravan and Camping Show, explained the problem to them and as their base is close to where I live told me to go over and they would happily replace it which they did. You cannot fauĺt that class of service. Thank you.
